Hi, I’m Charlotte!

I’m a digital & film photographer in the New York City area.

For as long as I can remember, photography has been a hobby of mine that truly “fills my cup”. I listened to a podcast a few years ago that said to tap into the activities that you enjoyed as a kid because kids have a strong intuition into their interests. Since then, I couldn’t stop dreaming about what this hobby could become and finally started Charlotte Hooper Photography.

I like to believe my personality translates to the themes of my pictures: natural, light-hearted, genuine, and fun. I strive to blend the beauty of the surrounding setting with the main subject(s) of my photos to accentuate the story I'm trying to tell. I pride myself on making clients feel comfortable in front of the camera so their true selves can shine through.

Outside of photography, you can find me exploring Brooklyn Heights w by trying new restaurants, going on long weekend runs, or strolling through Brooklyn Bridge Park.
